YOU AND YOUR TEAM MUST READ THIS BEFORE REGISTERING!
IF YOUR TEAM CANNOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS…
DON’T SIGN UP!
1) Teams must pay $100 non-refundable deposit upon registering. If you don’t have a credit card it will be your responsiblilty to pay in person at the Fieldhouse BEFORE I add your team. Contact me for hours we are open. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2)Full payment is needed BEFORE you play your first game. You can bring it game day, but you will not play and forfeit your deposit if payment is not in full at first game. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3)Teams must have a credit card on file, and I will need a copy of the Captains drivers license, by providing me with this card you are authorizing a charge $40 for each forfeit to pay the referees. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4)Forfeits will go as a 41-0 win for the other team, with NO makeup games.
5) You must notify me of ALL scheduling problems/requests BEFORE the schedule is made. You need to research any upcoming weddings, out of town trips, games you may be coaching, tournaments, Browns games your going to, Indians games, working late, etc.! Any requested schedule changes after the schedule is made will result in a $25 charge to the credit card on file for the team. NO EXCEPTIONS!
6) The chances of ALL your games on a certain night are not realistic, you must have some flexibility. NO EXCEPTIONS!By registering your team you are accepting the above rules.

In this 8 game session we will have 3 divisions.
League will start October 19th

22 min half’s with 3min halftime
Maximum 12 person Roster
Triple Threat Flags provided
8 Game Season begins Mid October
Additional Playoff Night for Top 4 Teams
League Champs will get their Referee fees refunded.
Games played mainly* on Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday Nights

Cost is $425 per team, plus ref fees*
*We use a 2 ref system, each team will pay $10 to each ref, per game
Captains, please know that when you register your team you will receive a link to manage your roster. You have the ability to add your roster and divide the league fee up among the players on your team! This will make it easier for you to know who paid and who didn’t. It will also allow players to pay online with a credit card.

“The Loft” is a 24’x100′ turfed practice space ideal
for Youth Soccer Training & Footskill Training.
Reservations for hourly rentals are now being scheduled.
Cost is $60 per hour.
There are a few times remaining, discounted to $40/hr
